Prepare the information that determines the fit
Specify the required outer diameter, inner diameter, overall height, end-cap dimensions, and other critical measurements. Customization can also be evaluated for the cartridge body, support structure, pleat configuration, and installation clearance.
The end-cap profile and mounting interface can be assessed against your existing cartridge, equipment drawing, or physical sample. Sealing surfaces, connection details, and the installation method should be confirmed together to help prevent fitment problems and air bypass.
Filter media can be selected according to dust particle characteristics, dust concentration, moisture exposure, operating temperature, and cleaning requirements. Depending on actual product availability, options may include cellulose/polyester blends, spunbond polyester, PTFE membrane media, or specialized media for particular operating conditions.
For replacement orders, customers can provide the original part number, equipment model, technical drawing, or existing cartridge sample. For OEM projects, the cartridge dimensions, media grade, structural design, and other agreed requirements can be reviewed before batch production.
